I see clients during the week and on weekends in the office or via telehealth. Other therapists in the practice specialize in trauma, grief, chronic illnesses, and caregiver fatigue. Counseling can help improve your connection with others, find meaning in life, make needed changes, or simply increase your happiness. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you create real, meaningful change—not just talk about what’s wrong. I draw from Cognitive Therapy, ACT, mindfulness, and relationship-focused work, using what actually fits you. You don’t have to come in with everything figured out.
