I believe that every person is the expert of their own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what path to take, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and genuine respect as you discover your own strengths, insights, and capacity for growth. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we can explore the challenges that are impacting your well-being, process difficult experiences, and develop meaningful tools that support healing and resilience. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, addiction and substance use recovery, body image concerns, compassion fatigue, grief and loss, mindfulness-based approaches, existential concerns, and disability-related challenges. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor our work to honor your unique experiences, values, and goals.
