My work is attachment-based and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We work to explore the deeper emotional patterns shaping your relationship while also building practical skills and tools that help you respond to one another differently in the moment. Together, we work with both vulnerability and intention—strengthening connection and creating meaningful, lasting change. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore communication, trust, intimacy, jealousy, boundaries, relational agreements, and the deeper emotions and needs that often live underneath conflict.
