Introduction

I have been a psychotherapist for more than 30 years, specializing in trauma, anxiety, attachment and relational patterns, and nervous system regulation. I work with adults who may understand their patterns intellectually but find that insight alone hasn't fully changed how they feel or respond. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR-informed therapy, IFS, and other nervous system–based approaches. Rather than pushing through difficult experiences, we work at a pace that helps build greater capacity for regulation, resilience, and lasting change. I offer in-person therapy in San Anselmo, Marin County, and telehealth throughout California.
