I’m Marirhetta Crosby, M.S., LIMFT-SIT, LPCC-S, NCC, owner and Clinical Director of Candor and Hope Therapy, Inc. I entered the mental health field with a commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families understand the experiences and relationship patterns that shape their lives. My work is grounded in candor, compassion, cultural responsiveness, and the belief that people can heal without being judged or reduced to a diagnosis. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship distress, family conflict, identity concerns, life transitions, and challenges with communication, attachment, and intimacy. I also work with couples seeking to rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and develop healthier relationship patterns. My approach integrates systemic CBT, attachment-based therapy, emotionally focused interventions, DBT-informed skills, and other evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs. Through therapy, I help clients recognize unhealthy patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping and communication skills, and make changes that improve their daily lives and relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, honest, and supportive environment where clients can gain clarity, build confidence, and move from surviving to thriving—one session at a time.
