My goal as a therapist is pretty simple: meet you where you are and support you as you move toward where you want to be. I try to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment so you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you — and when it’s helpful, I’ll gently challenge your perspectives to help you see things in new ways. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood and encouraged as you grow. I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I’m also passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience in grief work as well, and I consider it a privilege to accompany clients through such meaningful and difficult moments. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other research‑supported methods to offer well‑rounded care. Most of all, I aim to be a therapist who truly sees you — someone you can partner with as we move through your healing journey together.
