Introduction

My name is Marisa and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I provide psychotherapy services for adults, couples, and families. My mission is to create a safe environment to foster healing growth opportunities then to work collaboratively with my clients on ways to accomplish individualized mental health goals in ways most authentic to that individual. My session style would be to get to know you first, because the more I know you the better I can help. I like to be very collaborative and open-minded addressing whatever life challenges or inner struggles are needing to be worked through to improve overall wellbeing and happiness. I have experience working with a variety of mood disorders and personality disorders as well as focusing on treating trauma, depression, anxiety and improving skills for parenting and communicating.
