I believe therapy isn't about fixing what's wrong with you—it's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, and the relationships that shape your life. I work with individuals and couples from a relational, attachment-based, and somatic lens, drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential approaches. Rather than following a formula, I'm genuinely curious about what lies beneath the surface: how your history, protective strategies, and nervous system shape the ways you relate to yourself and others. I create safety by being present and attentive, honoring your pace, and viewing moments of repair as essential to building trust. My background in creative work—pastry arts and art programming—shaped how I think about therapy: growth is hands-on, creative, and requires patience and experimentation. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, attachment issues, existential questions, and life transitions. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, accepting Aetna and BCBS insurance.
