I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the moments when people feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves. Before starting my private practice, I spent years supporting clients through mental health challenges, family stress, trauma, and major life transitions. Over time, I developed a specialty in helping adults who carry a lot on their own, people who are anxious, burnt out, or repeating patterns they can’t quite name. My work is slow, steady, and deeply relational. I focus on emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and understanding the “why” behind your patterns so you can move through life with more clarity and confidence. Clients often tell me they feel seen, grounded, and less alone in our work together. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, make sense of what’s been heavy, and build a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
