I’m a counselor-in-training who believes healing happens in real, human connection. As a Boricua from the Bronx, I bring heart, cultural roots, and lived experience into the therapy room. I work with folks from all walks—BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, survivors, and neurodivergent communities—creating space where you don’t gotta explain or shrink yourself. My style blends DBT skills with liberation-minded, ancestral, and community-centered practices.
