Introduction

Starting college, beginning a career, navigating relationships, or simply figuring out who you are can bring a lot of change, as well as a lot of uncertainty. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel genuinely heard and understood. I especially enjoy working with college students, young adults, and people navigating their 20s, as well as adults at other stages of life. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, therapy can be a space to make sense of what you're experiencing and find a path forward. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence the way you feel and respond to challenges. Together, we’ll work on recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, developing healthier ways of thinking and coping, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and develop practical tools you can carry into everyday life. I am LGBTQ+ allied and strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for every client. I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout New Jersey, offering accessible, personalized support from the comfort and privacy of your home.
