Introduction

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and at ease being yourself as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and work through what feels overwhelming or stuck without judgment. I work with adolescents and adults, couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, etc. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I am LGBTQ+ allied. As the client, you can expect a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship where we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll focus on building insight, developing practical coping skills, and creating meaningful change that feels realistic and supportive. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward greater confidence, balance, and overall well-being.
