Introduction

Hi, I’m Marissa, a licensed mental health therapist and the founder of Heartfelt Healing. I began this work out of a genuine desire to support individuals in building a more compassionate and balanced relationship with themselves, especially during seasons of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. I specialize in working with anxiety, life transitions, and disordered eating, offering a space that feels safe, collaborative, and supportive. My approach is thoughtful and personalized, helping clients develop practical tools while also gaining deeper insight into their emotional experiences, so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their day-to-day lives.
