Introduction

I am a sex therapist focusing practice on couples, sexuality, and family systems, helping couples and families navigate relational dynamics. I assist couples in creating and strengthening shared language and developing new vocabulary and communication skills. My training includes working with issues related to desire, intimacy, infidelity, conflict management, and parenting. I support couples in establishing relational agreements, processing unresolved trauma, and navigating neurodiversity and mental health together. I have experience working with interracial, interfaith, and multicultural families. Additionally, I work with families to address topics such as adoption, mental health, queerness, and disability. I have experience working with gay men, heterosexual couples, lesbian couples, and queer couples, as well as those in monogamous, swinging, non-monogamous relationships. I offer Weekend Couples Intensives for partners looking to strengthen their connection, rebuild trust after an affair, or navigate a recent crisis together.
