Introduction

Hello! I studied Psychology in undergrad and then worked in higher education for about 5 years before I attended graduate school for Art Therapy and Counseling. I have worked with clients dealing with substance abuse, sexual violence, neurodevelopmental conditions, chronic illness, and a lot of stress, burnout, and fatigue from life transitions, work, trauma, and other disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. When working with clients, I focus on all possible factors that could be impacting one's wellness, often engaging clients in trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness exercises, and somatic or body-informed therapy. I offer a supportive space for you to process your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgement.
