Life can be hard. But we don’t need to do it alone. No matter our background and life experiences, we all need extra support and care at times. Whether it’s dealing with daily stress, processing past trauma, managing anxiety or overwhelm, metabolizing grief, or working to improve relationships, I strive to be a compassionate presence who can provide guidance in your movement toward balance, growth, and belonging. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and liberation-focused. I aim to build relationships rooted in authenticity and a dedication to emotional safety. My practice weaves traditional psychotherapy approaches with nature- and adventure-based experiential therapies. Depending on your needs and preferences, we may incorporate parts work/IFS, psychoeducation, somatic practices, EMDR, DBT, attachment theory, and outdoor therapy into our work together. Mental health is interwoven with our relationships, communities, and the natural world. We cannot heal in isolation. If you feel the pull to reconnect with yourself and the wider world, please reach out.
