Introduction

Marissa Mason, MSW, LICSW, PMH-C Mindful Confluence Psychotherapy Therapy that supports you at the cross-roads of healing, connection and growth I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified perinatal mental health provider. I offer compassionate, personalized therapy for individuals and couples. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and care—and guided by the belief that every person’s story holds meaning, strength, and the potential for healing. I support people across the lifespan—including children, teens, and adults—through a wide range of emotional challenges, such as depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, and relational or attachment concerns. I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, offering care through all stages of the reproductive journey. This includes fertility challenges and conception, pregnancy and infant loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) third-party reproduction, surrogacy, adoption, and the emotional landscape of pregnancy and parenting. Whether you’re moving through a life transition, healing from trauma, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore whatever is showing up for you. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families during moments of crisis and change, and I approach this work with deep empathy, non-judgement and steadiness. In our work together, I will collaborate with you to find the therapeutic approach that best meets your needs. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS or “parts work”), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices—woven together with frameworks such as attachment and human development. My hope is to help you make meaning of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with more clarity and compassion for yourself. I believe therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and reconnection—to yourself and to others. Whether you're processing loss, adjusting to change, or looking to feel more grounded and whole, it is an honor to walk alongside you, wherever your journey begins. If you are considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. I am happy to answer any questions or talk about what working together might look like.
