I'm here to help you find your footing when something feels off but you're not sure where to start. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions, among many other struggles. My approach is rooted in respect for who you are and what matters to you. I believe your challenges are real, but they don't define you. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can feel what you need to feel, express the hard things, and reconnect with your sense of self. I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic work, and humanistic methods—and enjoy adapting my style to fit your needs. My clients describe me as warm, open-minded, and someone who can hold hope when you're struggling to see it. I offer telehealth sessions on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Reaching out is often the hardest step, but I'm glad you're here. Let's talk about whether we're a good fit.
