Introduction

Anxiety makes us believe that we are not enough, that our problems and our desires are bigger than we are. It can feel like the more we want out of life, the more we believe that we are not enough to attain it. We want a life that reflects who we are, that gives us a sense of purpose and belonging. We want relationships that feel balanced and fulfilling. We want to feel empowered to face challenges and grow into our best selves. It may even look like we have that life on the outside. But inside, anxiety and self doubt can make it all feel hollow. Therapy helps us realize that we are bigger than our fears. I help people who want a lot out of life and themselves navigate the cycle of anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt that so often gets in their way. Therapy helps us slow down. To look inside and learn to be gentle with the parts of us that are scared. To see that our negative emotions don’t define us and that we can find peace in the ups and downs of life. My role is to help you face your anxiety with gentleness, mindfulness and courage. To build self-trust and learn to meet your needs. To cultivate authenticity and build a life that feels like yours. Therapy is a very personal journey and you deserve to feel seen and supported by your therapist. Please reach out if you would like to explore working together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and offer virtual therapy services throughout the state of New Jersey. I provide a holistic healing approach, which includes supporting my clients’ wellness in every aspect of their lives. I have 14 years of experience providing mental health support to individuals at multiple levels of care.
