Introduction

Do you feel stuck? Anxious? Emotionally exhausted? Running on empty, even when you're giving your best effort? If that's led to self-doubt or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you, you're not alone in that experience. Having lived in multiple cities across the U.S. and Europe, I know firsthand how unsettling major life changes and uncertainty can be. What I've learned, both personally and in my clinical work, is that these struggles usually aren't about needing to try harder — they're about how your brain and nervous system are responding to stress. My approach combines neurotherapy, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy to help adults move out of stuck patterns of anxiety, burnout, and PTSD. We start with a qEEG brain map to pinpoint what your nervous system actually needs, then work to regulate overwhelmed stress responses and build skills that let you move forward with more calm, clarity, and control. You don't have to stay stuck, and you don't have to sort it out on your own. Often what feels like a personal failing is really a identifiable pattern in the brain — one that responds well to the right kind of support. Schedule a free 30-minute consultation to see whether this approach is a good fit for what you're working through.
