Introduction

I bring over twenty years of experience as a Christian school administrator alongside my training in Clinical Christian Counseling, giving me deep insight into family dynamics, parenting challenges, and the pressures teens face today. As a pastoral counselor certified in temperament assessment, I work with individuals, couples, families, and those seeking life coaching—drawing on Christian principles and practical wisdom to help you navigate life's hardest seasons. Whether you're processing grief, working through relationship conflict, managing anger or burnout, healing from trauma, or facing major transitions like divorce or adoption, I'm here to meet you with compassion and faith-grounded perspective. My own thirty-eight-year marriage and experience raising three sons have taught me that real change happens when we're truly heard and supported. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new clients across all ages, from teenagers through adults. Let's walk through this together.
