Introduction

I specialize in treating vulnerable narcissistic issues that involve low self-esteem, illness anxiety, depressive thoughts and feelings, emotional conflict, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, alienation, and difficulties with trust. My therapy approach utilizes intensive training in treatment models designed to help people identify and work through core issues and problematic relationship patterns. I work closely with my patients to help them get unstuck. My approach emphasizes accessing and experiencing authentic feelings, identifying and changing old relationship patterns, and learning to live more consciously. Together, we walk a path of personal discovery, change, and growth.
