I have been providing therapy since 2015 and earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of settings, including adolescent residential treatment programs and community mental health, supporting clients of all ages and with diverse concerns. My roles have included primary therapist, wilderness therapist, and Clinical Director of an OCD and anxiety program. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, with a particular focus on OCD, anxiety disorders, and neurodevelopmental differences. I am ERP-certified through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and bring years of experience working with neurodivergent clients. I take a collaborative, patient approach to therapy and strive to be a steady, approachable presence—helping clients find clarity and direction at a pace that feels both supportive and effective. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter and can often be found hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, or camping whenever I can.
