Introduction

We are deeply social beings who long for connection with the people we love most — especially in moments of crisis, when everything feels like it's falling apart; this also has strong research support behind it. We all need to feel truly seen and understood by those closest to us, and when that doesn't happen, it's easy to feel stuck, invisible, or unappreciated. That's where I can help. Together, we can explore how to reconnect — with the people who matter most to you, and with yourself first. Sometimes that journey starts by simply meeting yourself where you are right now. Reach out, I'd love to connect with you in Columbia, SC. Relationship/couples therapy, individual therapy, marriage counseling, blended families, lost connection, and sexual compatibility are some of my focus areas. I also work with individuals with self-expression, and relational connection challenges. Let's find solutions to your specific needs. Trauma-informed and affirming of your life. I hold an Ed.S graduate degree in counseling from the University of South Carolina.
