I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully seen without judgment. My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for emotional regulation, confidence, communication, and long-term growth. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, performance pressure, identity concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My work is especially informed by trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and culturally responsive treatment. As both a psychotherapist and educator, I strive to create a space where clients can slow down, process honestly, and reconnect with a stronger sense of clarity, agency, and alignment in their lives.
