I specialize in helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, especially when things have never quite made sense on the surface. My approach is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic and family systems theory, and focused on trauma, including Complex PTSD, women’s issues, life transitions, and late-diagnosed Autism and ADHD. I work with many clients who are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with anxiety, depression, or a sense of disconnection that’s hard to explain. Together, we identify long-standing patterns, unpack the impact of past experiences, and build a clearer, more cohesive sense of self. I am currently in training toward EMDR certification and incorporate trauma-informed methods to support meaningful, lasting change. My style is straightforward, engaged, and collaborative. This is a space where insight and action go hand in hand.
