Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition. Like apricity, therapy can offer warmth and steadiness during difficult seasons, a space where you feel supported, understood, and free to show up exactly as you are. I work with young adults, adults, and elders who want to better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships with themselves and others, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. I am immensely grateful to live and work on Lingít Aaní, where I have the privilege of providing in-person therapy while also serving clients across Alaska through telehealth. Living in Southeast Alaska has deepened my appreciation for resilience, community, and the healing power of connection. I welcome and affirm people from all backgrounds and strive to create a space where all parts of your identity are respected and valued. Clients often describe me as warm, supportive, collaborative, and easy to talk to. While conversation is often at the heart of our work, I may also incorporate art, play, movement, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic practices when they support your goals. I believe healing doesn't always have to feel heavy, and I intentionally bring curiosity, authenticity, and playfulness into the therapeutic process as pathways to growth and lasting change. I offer in-person and telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new self-pay clients, with insurance options coming soon. I also provide a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. TO SCHEDULE: utilize the contact button on this website
