Introduction

I'm licensed therapist (LCSW) with an eclectic background in multiple disciplines. COVID-19 left many Americans in a state of dispair and distress. My emphasis and background as a Mental Health Specialist encompassed working with adjudicated youth, criminal offenders, an advocate for destitue have been proven vital to help ameliorate the many traumas in reducing adjustment issues, trauma, relationship dynamics, familial dynamics, personal dynamics (e.g., self-esteem). Mr. Smallwood is open all ethnic groups, wtih an emphasis on Male Mental Health and "positive" ethnocentrism for communites impacted by discrimination, and advocacy.
