Introduction

I work best with people who are ready for change—whether you're new to therapy or returning after time away. I support teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is relational and empathic, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family or marital work. I create a supportive space where you can feel heard while also receiving direct, honest feedback. I work with both individuals and couples, and I'm committed to meeting you where you are—whether that's in my office or through telehealth. I accept Inland Empire Health Plan, Aetna, Blue Shield, and Cigna Healthcare, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to take that first step toward meaningful change, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
