Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy and persistent, grief that reshapes everything, relationships that feel challenging, or a major life transition that leaves you feeling uncertain and unsteady. You don’t have to move through those experiences alone. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and significant life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you better understand your emotional experience while also building practical tools for coping and change. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional awareness, and work toward clarity, stability, and healing.
