Introduction

A Compassionate, Collaborative Approach to Therapy If you are going through a difficult season of life, feeling overwhelmed by change, or struggling to make sense of painful experiences, therapy can provide a safe and supportive place to slow down, gain perspective, and find a way forward. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in social work practice and counseling. I provide confidential telehealth counseling to adults throughout Pennsylvania, working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, postpartum depression, and other circumstances that may leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. My greatest passion in this work is helping clients identify their strengths, recognize their own worth, and develop a stronger and more compassionate sense of self. I believe that the way we understand and relate to ourselves can have a profound impact on our emotional well-being, our relationships, and our ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, develop greater insight and practical coping skills, and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is collaborative and individualized, honoring your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals. I will meet you where you are and work alongside you as you move toward greater self-acceptance, confidence, and meaningful change. It is an honor for me to be fully present with someone in their pain and uncertainty and join with them in finding a way forward. You do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. Therapy can be a place to feel heard, understood, and supported while you work toward healing and growth. Whatever you are going through, I would be glad to listen, support you, and explore whether we might be a good fit to work together.
