Introduction

DR. WILSON IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS All services are provided via HIPAA-compliant telemental health. If you’re looking for an affirming, collaborative, and culturally grounded therapist, I’d love to support your next steps. My approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in social justice values. Clients often come to me seeking clarity, healing, and a space where all parts of their identity are understood and respected. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, people of color, trauma survivors, neurodivergent clients, and those exploring sexuality, kink, or non-monogamy. I offer support for trauma (including race- and identity-based trauma), anxiety, eating concerns, performance stress, men’s issues, and poly/non-monogamous relationships. Together, we blend insight and evidence-based strategies to help you build resilience, feel more grounded, and move toward a life that fits you. I also provide affirming care for kink and fetish identities, desire concerns, and paraphilic interests through a non-judgmental, consent-centered lens. For clients pursuing gender-affirming surgery, I offer assessments and letters—typically completed in three sessions and billed at the standard hourly rate. Financial support options can be discussed. For couples and relationship work, I support LGBTQIA+ partners in both monogamous and non-monogamous/polyamorous structures. My goal is to help you strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build a relationship system that feels sustainable and authentic. If you’re seeking a therapist who combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth and a deep respect for your lived experience, I encourage you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk with you as you move toward your goals. Warmly, Dr. Wilson
