I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, dissociation, and PTSD. My clients are insightful and resilient, yet often feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences and tired of surviving in silence. The people I work with are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can slow down and feel supported. They want support processing trauma while also reducing symptoms that interfere with daily life. Together, we untangle the past from the present, cultivate a deeper sense of safety in the nervous system, and help the body and mind become more grounded and responsive to the here and now. In therapy, I primarily use EMDR to help clients process and heal from trauma and distressing experiences. EMDR allows us to address the root of what’s keeping you stuck, rather than just managing symptoms. I also integrate Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, and CBT to support mind-body awareness. I believe healing from trauma isn’t about fixing what’s “broken,” but about gently reconnecting with the parts of yourself that learned to survive. True healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, listen to your body, and honor what it has carried. Together we will work on moving you out of survival mode and into safety, wholeness, & self-trust.
