You don’t have to show up to therapy polished, put together, or knowing exactly what you need. You can show up overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, exhausted, or unsure of where to begin. My job is to meet you there. I work with people navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, childhood trauma, dissociation, and PTSD. Many of my clients are deeply insightful and self-aware, but still find themselves repeating patterns they understand intellectually and cannot seem to change emotionally. You may know why you feel the way you do and still have no idea how to feel differently. That is often where our work begins. My approach is deeply relational, warm, authentic, and trauma-informed. I believe the relationship we build matters just as much as the tools we use, if not more. Therapy with me is not overly clinical or detached. We can laugh, swear, sit with the hard stuff, celebrate progress, and make room for the parts of you you’ve spent years trying to hide or change. I am trained in EMDR, Parts Work, ACT, DBT, and Somatics and tailor therapy to what you need. We may process painful experiences, explore your parts, sit with difficult emotions, or change how you relate to your thoughts. Healing isn't about never struggling; it's about understanding yourself, trusting yourself, and knowing you don't have to do it all alone.
