I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a unique background in both medicine and science, having studied at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the University of Colorado Denver. My path eventually led me into the field of psychology, where I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2012. My therapeutic approach draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I primarily work with individual adults, helping clients gain insight and new perspectives. My style is direct and practical, grounded in honesty and clarity, while still rooted in genuine care and commitment to your growth and success.
