Introduction

Whether your concerns are about emotional problems, relationship issues or other difficulty with general function or enjoyment in life, I invite you to contact me. I welcome your call to discuss your individual needs and for us to decide if we are a good match for each other. I firmly believe that a connection between therapist and client is the foundation for healing and change. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe place for healing and to hold space for you. Through various techniques and long-standing approaches based on empirical studies, we will be able to identify behaviors and/or thoughts which may need modification in order to enable you to reach a healthier level of emotional well-being. My personal counseling style is warm, interactive, non-judgmental, and directive. I strive to develop a trusting and accepting atmosphere where my clients can relax and express their concerns freely. Through the relationship I build with my clients, I guide them to an understanding of the cause for their thoughts and feelings. I take the time to understand each client in order to tailor their treatment to their unique circumstances. As a licensed psychotherapist, I value my clinical training and therapeutic skills. Life experience teaches us many things; we learn to enjoy our successes, grieve our losses, heal from our pain and negative experiences. We come to realize just how strong we are as we “get unstuck”, transcend difficult circumstances, and courageously move on to embrace our new beginnings. Path to Conscious Living, LLC, my private practice, focuses on providing affordable, compassionate, and responsive treatment for a broad range of challenges and difficulties. We know that if people are unhappy, or are not functioning well - at home, at work, in relationships - there are often ways to quickly assess and correct the problem. In my practice, I evaluate and treat an array of issues which include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, life transitions, painful life events, and communication issues. I am passionate about my work and I am honored to serve you. I am fluent in both English and my native Spanish. I work with individuals 18 and older. If you feel it is the right time for change, I hope to assist you on your path to growth and self-discovery. ~ Certified, National Board of Certified Counselors ~ Brainspotting Trained
