Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri offering mental health counseling and therapeutic coaching services to individuals looking for support, insight, and practical strategies for improving emotional well-being. I provide both: • Licensed mental health counseling, and • Therapeutic coaching services, which are non-clinical and distinct from counseling. Mental health counseling services are provided under my LPC license and follow professional and ethical standards for mental health treatment. Therapeutic coaching services do not involve diagnosis or psychotherapy and are offered under a separate coaching agreement. My goal is to meet clients where they are and offer services that align with their needs—whether that is clinical counseling or non-clinical coaching support.
