Introduction

I'm glad you're here. I specialize in helping individuals understand and work through depression, anxiety, and trauma using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques. Beyond these core areas, I also support clients navigating stress management, relationship challenges, grief and loss, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to build a trusting, empowering relationship where we work together toward your specific goals. I work with young adults, adults, and elders through telehealth sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I am hoping to work together to support your growth and help you move forward.
