Introduction

I am a bilingual therapist (Spanish & English), CEO, and Clinical Supervisor at Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, a group private practice located in Taylorsville, Utah. I provide individual therapy for teens and adults (16+) experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD—including dissociative symptoms—and Complex PTSD. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals who have lived through traumatic events, and I approach therapy with deep compassion and respect for each person’s healing journey. My practice integrates evidence-based and holistic modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, attachment work, and mind-soul-body integration. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, I help clients reconnect with their voice, strength, and authentic sense of self. Much of my therapeutic philosophy has been shaped by my training and experience at the Rape Recovery Center. I’m passionate about creating a safe space where clients can develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. At Inclusive Minded Counseling & Consulting, we value collaboration and prioritize coordinated care. With our clients' prior authorization, we regularly send monthly progress reports to primary care providers to support integrated, holistic treatment.
