Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety is constant, relationships feel strained, or you’re navigating a major transition. Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, carrying multiple responsibilities, and searching for a space where they can slow down, reflect, and feel supported without judgment. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety and stress, relationship and couples concerns, and life transitions or adjustments. Life transitions may include experiences such as breakups or divorce, career burnout, becoming a new parent, empty nesting, relocating, or adjusting to a new role or identity. These shifts—whether expected or unexpected—can bring feelings of anxiety, grief, or uncertainty, and therapy can provide space to process these changes while building resilience and clarity. Relationship concerns are another central focus of my work. While I offer couples therapy, many relationship and attachment-related challenges can also be effectively addressed in individual therapy. Individual work allows space to explore communication patterns, boundaries, self-esteem, emotional needs, and relational roles that often show up in partnerships, family dynamics, and friendships. This work can be especially helpful for individuals who are healing from past relationships, navigating dating, or seeking healthier ways of connecting with others. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to prioritize their emotional well-being. Therapy is not about having everything figured out—it is an opportunity to gain insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and intention.
