Introduction

I believe healing begins with connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, suicidality, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. I approach therapy with the belief that you are not broken and do not need to be fixed. You matter. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, supporting every part of you to feel seen, heard, understood, and valued. My hope is to help you build an inner sanctuary—creating greater self-trust, resilience, and choice in how you move through life. Drawing from trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, somatic, strengths-based, expressive arts, and IFS-informed approaches, I help individuals deepen self-understanding, navigate life's challenges, and reconnect with their inherent wisdom, resilience, and capacity for healing. Life can be challenging, and seeking support takes courage. Whatever you're facing, you deserve a space where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted. Healing doesn't happen overnight, and you don't have to navigate it alone. If my approach resonates with you, I would be honored to join you on your journey toward greater connection, self-trust, and peace.
