Introduction

Hi, I’m Marti! I help people heal from trauma, reclaim their aliveness, and create relationships that feel safe, passionate, and deeply connected with themselves and with others. My work blends evidence-based approaches like EMDR Therapy with body-based and mindfulness practices that support emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and lasting transformation. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond fear, shame, and old survival patterns into a life of authenticity, intimacy, and freedom! Together, we create a space for healing that invites wholeness, where you can feel grounded in who you are, open to love, and alive in your body and your life.
