I grew up in Nicaragua, where community and belonging weren't things you had to chase, they were just part of life. That world taught me something I carry into every session: people heal in relationship, not in isolation. I also know what it feels like to be the outsider. Living in the Netherlands and across California, I experienced the quiet disorientation of navigating spaces not built with you in mind. It's part of why I care deeply about therapy that's genuinely accessible and culturally aware. My clients describe me as warm, present, and a little funny. I draw from Relational Gestalt Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and somatic work, always shaped to what you actually need. We slow down, notice what your body is already telling you, and start to loosen the patterns that have been running the show. If you're looking for a space where you can actually exhale and come back to yourself, I'd love to connect.
