My academic journey began at Sinclair Community College, where I pursued undergraduate studies. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health and addiction counseling services in both academic and professional environments. Drawing on extensive experience across diverse settings, I employ a person-centered, empathetic approach grounded in a solid foundation of substance abuse and mental health expertise. My work has empowered numerous individuals to achieve balance and enhance their overall quality of life. I utilize a holistic, evidence-based approach incorporating interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
