Introduction

We may be a good fit if: You're often carrying a heavy mental load. Perhaps you're navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, or another significant life transition. You may find yourself struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or wondering how everyone else seems to manage it all. Whether you're navigating your 20s and 30s, motherhood or perimenopause, life's transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Many of the women I work with are capable, high-achieving women who care deeply for others but struggle to show themselves that same compassion. Together, we'll create space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, better understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and develop tools that help you feel more steady, confident, connected, and in control. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and showing up requires vulnerability. I believe it is a privilege to be trusted with someone’s story. It is my goal to help you feel as comfortable, seen, secure and hopeful in session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I am excited to share more about Women's Therapy Collective.
