I help people develop deeper awareness of their emotions and thought patterns—because understanding how we think and feel is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach draws on psychodynamic and humanistic traditions, exploring not just what's happening inside you, but how your environment and social context shape your experience. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, eating concerns, life transitions, parenting challenges, peer relationships, and cultural adjustment. I'm particularly committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ identities and creating space for culturally sensitive conversations. Beyond individual therapy, I also offer group sessions and life coaching to help you build practical coping skills. People often tell me they appreciate my authenticity and willingness to engage honestly—including gentle challenges when it serves your growth. I provide telehealth appointments and accept Aetna insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
