Mary Beth is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She is BCIA trained and certified in providing neurofeedback. She is also trained in IFS Therapy and EMDR Therapy and is passionate about incorporating these approaches throughout her practice. She specializes in the treatment of trauma through the combination of IFS (Internal Family Systems) and neurofeedback, along with EMDR Therapy, somatic approaches and Polyvagal Theory. Many who have been in traditional talk therapy for years find Mary Beth's holistic approach to be highly efficient and effective for healing the nervous system as they root out deeply entrenched issues from the past. Mary Beth sees adults throughout the lifespan, and loves working with concerns regarding trauma/PTSD, anxiety, career, life adjustments, mood dysregulation, and attachment issues. She loves working with perinatal concerns for mothers, and enjoys empowering parents with attachment informed perspectives. Additionally, she loves incorporating her passion and knowledge for neuroscience into her work with clients. Her personal style is warm, empathic, and genuine.
