As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I believe meaningful healing happens within safe, supportive, and collaborative relationships. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and systemic thinking. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, life transitions, family conflict, and relationship difficulties. I understand that each stage of life brings unique stressors, and I strive to meet clients with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their lived experiences. My approach is eclectic and individualized, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs and goals, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, strengthening communication, increasing self-awareness, and fostering healthier relational patterns. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where growth and lasting change can occur. I also provide therapy services in Armenian and value working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
