Introduction
I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker who received my master's degree from the University of North Dakota. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help my clients work through challenges, build resilience, and find a greater sense of calm and connection in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered, I believe that therapy works best when you feel safe, understood and genuinely supported. I enjoy creating a therapeutic, safe and intentional space for us to do your inner work and help you find the balance and peace you're looking for.
