I work with individual adults, parents, children, and families, offering a warm, collaborative space to explore challenges and create meaningful change. Clients see me to alleviate anxiety and manage stress, adjust to life transitions, consider career goals and deepen satisfaction in their relationships. With additional training in infant and early childhood mental health, I help parents & children increase joy in their connection, reduce challenging behavior, get more sleep, navigate power struggles, & find healing after a traumatic experience. I also offer a short-term therapy program for children 5-12 yrs old called Feelings School and can provide reflective supervision for licensed clinicians.
