Introduction

Is it time to make a change in your life? Are you feeling lonely, anxious, or sad? If you’ve been thinking about doing something differently or easing these feelings, therapy can be a supportive place to start. Change is an inevitable part of life, whether we welcome it or not. Navigating transitions and the emotions they bring can feel overwhelming, and it doesn’t have to be done alone. “Comhar” is Irish for collaboration, reflecting my belief that sharing the burden of change can make a meaningful difference. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with thoughtful young adult and adult clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, sadness, and periods of feeling stuck. I often work with recent graduates, new parents, and adults experiencing relationship or life-stage changes. If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to submit a request here or visit my website to learn more. If the available appointment times don’t work for your schedule, please feel free to reach out — we can often find a time that works for both of us. Telehealth available in Illinois and Texas. Walk-and-talk therapy available in the northern Chicago suburbs. www.ComharCounseling.com
